really? looks about 30 degrees to me, which is quite steep for a mtb... but hey, i wouldnt've leveled the rider, i would have made it look as steep as possible. But then again, every man has his taste

he has cables on both brakes. I guess you're refering to the front brake. Look a little further up, those are most likely magura brakes, they put their hoses higher
